Can you take a picture of my package before you send it out?
Sorry, but we do not provide pictures of packages before they are shipped. It provides no proof of shipment and is a waste of time that could be better used in actually getting you your item. All packages shipped within the USA come with tracking #'s. If you are still concerned about your package please purchase shipping insurance.
When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 3 business days of payment. Items are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays, and those days do not count toward the three day processing time. If you need your item sooner then please contact us before you purchase.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship through USPS. Small & light items are shipped first class 2-5 days. Large & heavy items are shipped priority 2-3 days. Magazines, Books & DVDs are shipped media mail 2-8 days. Please be aware that these times are estimates given by the post office, and do not include our processing time.
Why are your shipping rates all fixed prices?
Most of our costumers only purchase one or two items at a time. When we combine this with the shipping options ecrater gives, we found that it is the most cost efficient way to to calculate shipping. If you wish to purchase more than one item please message us BEFORE your purchase and we can calculate combined shipping for you. We will no longer be issuing partial refunds for shipping.
Do you combine shipping?

Also please be aware that we have limited quantities of items, and there is a possibility that they might sell out before we can reply.
The colour of my item is different than the photo, why?
Please be aware that everyone's monitor settings are different. We try our best to accurately capture the colour of a product, but there may be some differences. If you have any questions about a product's true colour please message us, we will do our best to help.
When will you restock a specific item?
We cannot promise that any item will ever be restocked. Many of the items that we sell are very hard to find. You can always ask us if we are expecting a certain item. We will do our best to get it in but cannot guarantee anything.
Why don't many of your new items come with tags?
Many of our items that are listed as "new" do not have tags because they were removed by the store when purchased. This happens fairly often when we shop in Japan. If you are concerned about whether an item has the tags please message us before purchasing.
It's been 3 business days and I don't have my tracking number
Paypal should send an email with the tracking # once the item has been shipped. First please check the email account your paypal is connected to. If it's not there please check your junk mail. If it's still not there check the order in your paypal account. The number should be with the paypal transaction. If it's still not there please send us an email and we can find it for you.
Will you split a "set"?
No, sorry but we cannot split sets. If we have two sets of the same print in the same colorway and you would like to exchange the accessories, example tights for socks, headbow for bonnet, we can do that, but the price might change.
